I am embarking on an exciting journey to turn my development corner into a seamlessly automated sanctuary. By deploying microcontrollers like ESP32s and Arduinos at key points—measuring temperature, humidity, motion, and light—I'm creating a mesh of real-time data feeds. Those sensors stream to my MQTT broker running on a Home Assistant server. As I refine mine Python scripts and experiment with voice control via Home Assistant integrations, every iteration brings me closer to the dream of a truly intelligent, responsive home.
